[QUOTE="xtomx%20nli:120254"]yeah, working out different muscles every day is the way to do it. if you work the same muscles every day, they dont have time to rest and graow/get cut. when i used to have more time to work out, i would start every day with stretching and calsithenics, then focus on cerain muscle groups for ceratin days...mondays were arms, tuesdays legs, wednesday chest, thursday stomach, etc... you just have to adjust cerain things to be really sucessful at it...eat tiny meals, but eat often as it keeps your metabolism going and actaully helps build muscle and burn calories rather than a few large meals during the day. when my father was really serious into bodybuilding, he set his alarm clock to off every hour every night to get up and eat something to keep his metablism going. also, remember that everything is interconnected and has an effect on the rest of your body. did you knwo that cardiovascualr activities like running actually shrink muscle mass? that's why body builders who focus on the upper body dont run at all, because it would detrimental to their desired shape. hope this helps.
